Adjustable Receiver Hitch consists of an upper component and lower component. Designed to allow for attachment of a spare tire. Vertical adjustment 3" plus a vertical curved riser that raises the receiver hitch point 7-1/2" Angled top bracket slotted to fit most wheels including ATV/UTV and truck wheels.
