Tie Down Wobble Roller

The front assenbly is designed to mount only 1 wobble roller wing set. The design features 2 inches of height adjust-ability and can fit onto either 3 x 3 or 3 x 4 cross-members. The assembly comes with wobble rollers and hardware.
