Once again, SuperATV brings you a product you can't get anywhere else. SuperATV's Polaris General Complete Differential is the only aftermarket Polaris diff on the market. You're probably here because you blew your stock diff and you may be wondering, "why not just reorder the OEM diff?" The answer is simpleif your stock differential failed, do you really want to go back to it? SuperATV's Complete Front Differential gives you the same performance you love on your stock General with the built for battle strength you expect from SuperATV. It's designed to deliver power to your front wheels and lock when you want it to. It's a replacement front differential and a major upgradethat way you can keep riding hard You don't just get replacement internals for your diff you get the complete differential all assembled and ready to install. You get a whole new heavy-duty cast or billet aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, Sprague, armature, and wiring. To take the differential to the next level, they use 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum for their Sprague carrier to give maximum strength and durability. That means their differential can endure ride after ride of hard differential lock engagements without failingwhich also means, you won't have to worry about getting a replacement anytime soon. SuperATV have drastically improved the components prone to failure and wrapped them in a stronger case. SuperATV beefed up their differential case by using helical inserts in the mounting threads and by adding additional material to the mounting locations. These inserts make it virtually impossible for the mounting bolts to wallow out or pull out over time. The additional material gives their diff a much more secure mount. The OEM diff has feet-like mounting locations, while theirs mounts to a single block built into the body of the diff. SuperATV also thickened the pinion gear tube to make sure it can stand up to every bump, jar, and torque load. They use a bolt-on cap to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring. That means you can service your pinion gear without destroying your seal. You can choose either cast aluminum or billet aluminum for your housing, but what's the difference? The cast aluminum housing uses the same material as your OEM diff but it uses a stronger design, so you won't have to worry about replacing it shortly after installing. You can upgrade to billet and get that same stronger design with stronger material. Billet is denser, stronger, and less porous than cast, plus it looks really stinking good. It keeps everything together without flexing under load to ensure your gears, hubs, and sprague are all running smoothly. What does all the extra strength mean for you? You can ride hard and go deep. You can haul more and hit more. Keep your four-wheel drive engaged and gun itthis diff is designed for abuse. Don't go back to stockfor less than an OEM differential you get a stronger, preassembled, bolt-on ready differential that doesn't quit. What's not to love?
