Its multi-stage latching mechanism lets you switch its position without ever leaving the comfort of your cab. Keep it fully closed on those frigid winter days, use it vented to enjoy a breeze while staying protected from the elements, or prop it open to enjoy that open-cab feel. The weather is unpredictable, but your ride doesnt have to be. A windshield is only as good as the parts its made of, and thats why we use nothing but the best when it comes to our hardware. Each windshield closes tightly to minimize airflow into your cab. Our heavy-duty clamps and metal cross-brace give you a rattle-free fit, and our gas struts keep your windshield secure in the open or closed positionno unexpected closing or bouncing around! The easy-access latch secures tightly during even the roughest rides. All of our windshields are made with 1/4 polycarbonate because its the only windshield material thats proven to be as tough as you are. Its twenty-five times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass. In other words, this windshield is tough enough to endure any kind of trail abuse you choose to put it through. We also use a scratch-resistant hard coating on both sides of this windshield to make it nearly as abrasion resistant as glass.
