Recreational Vehicle Mechanic
The main functions and responsibilities:
- Diagnose problems and perform repairs on ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, Ebikes and watercraft.
- Work closely with the technical advisor and the director for the distribution of repairs.
- Contact the parts department to obtain the materials needed for the repair.
- Carry out engine tune-ups and maintenance.
- Keep your work space clean and orderly.

- Advise customers and guide them in the process of purchasing a recreational vehicle (watercraft, snowmobile, ATV, side-by-side, etc.)
- Respond to customer requests, provide them with all the necessary information via email, telephone, social networks or in person and follow up
- Carry out reminders to customers
- Be proactive about product developments
- Stay on the lookout for promotions with our manufacturers
Your skills :
- Have experience in sales and/or similar skills
- Customer service is one of your priorities like us
- Be a conscientious person in their work.
- Be autonomous and proactive
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Be someone who is passionate about the field, resourceful and punctual.
- Comfortable with computer tools

Technical Advisor
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support customers regarding their repair to be carried out.
- Listen to their needs and offer them solutions and alternatives.
- Forward the repair request to the mechanical workshop.
- Invoicing of work orders until payment.
- Make appointments for the storage of watercraft.
- Ensure that customers are completely satisfied.
